Terms & Conditions

Fee Information 

• Fees are payable termly before the first week of term unless otherwise agreed. 

• There is a late payment fee of £2 per week if payment is not made prior to term.

• Terms are usually between 10 and 14 weeks in length. 

• A full half terms’ notice must be given in writing with the intention to stop classes, or the equivalent fee will be payable. 

• Parents of current members will be offered advance/early bird discounts and priority bookings for any Workshops or additional classes. 

• We reserve the right to remove any student who is continually disruptive to classes.

• If a student who takes attends a Saturday class for mini gems or hidden gems and wants to also attend HG Dancers, HG Singers or Private Tuition lessons, these additional classes will be offered at a reduced rate. Other discounts and money off will be offered at our discretion.
